The holidays are the happiest time of the year, right? I’m sure I’m not the only one who has felt the effects of this festive season’s stressors—social events with work colleagues, family obligations, and financial anxieties, just to name a few. For those of us with psoriasis, the holidays can exacerbate how we feel about our appearance. PsoHappy found that over half of people with psoriasis felt self-conscious during the holiday season and almost a third felt ashamed.
